The following information will give you a step-by-step instruction on installing your vending
machines in the portable vending trailer. This process will only need to be done once for initial
setup of the machines in the vending trailer. Once the vending machines are installed in the
trailer there is no need to remove them, except to rotate for a different type of vending machine.
This process will take one person approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Step 1: Rotate jacks and begin elevating
trailer so that the weight of the trailer is off
the wheels. The jacks are located on the four
corners of the trailer.
Beginning with the trailer on a solid location,
the wheels need to be removed to lower the
trailer to install the vending machines.
Step 2: With the trailer elevated, so there is
no weight on the wheel, remove the hitch pin
and the wheel assemble will slide out. Each
wheel assemble will have to be removed.
Step 3: The rear ventilation screen has to be
removed to have access to the bolt down
plates for the vending machine. There are
eight bolts to remove with a standard wrench.
Step 3 Continued: This is showing the rear
ventilation screen removed.
Step 4: Remove the padlocks, there are two
lower locks that connect the doors to the
trailer base and one upper that connects the
doors.
With the locks removed the doors open to
install the vending machines.
The doors are removable when they are open
to 90 degrees, for machine install or if the
location of the trailer is more up scale.
Step 5: Install vending machines with a
machine dolly by just tipping the machine on
to the floor of the trailer.
Step 6: Use machine bolt down plates to
secure vending machines in the trailer. There
are plates for the front and back of each
vending machine.
Step 6 continued: Machine bolt down plates
slide over the head of the adjusting bolt of the
machine legs. The adjusting bolt will have to
be turned to provide space for the plate.
Step 6 continued: Bolts are inserted and
tightened down with a wrench to secure the
plates to keep the vending machines from any
movement in the trailer.
Step 7: Install rear ventilation screen tighten
down with a wrench. The screen was removed
in step 3 to give access for the bolt down
plates.
Step 8: The vending machines are secured in
the trailer. The vending machines can be
loaded with product and tested before they
are placed on location.
Step 9: Close doors and install the three
padlocks to secure doors.
Step 10: Use jacks to elevate the trailer to
install the wheel system.
Step 11: Slide wheel system place and install
hitch pin to secure the wheel on the trailer.
Step 12: Lower trailer via jacks so that the
wheels support the trailer and rotate jacks.
The portable vending trailer is ready to be
placed on location.
